Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, company, country or region, product category, estimated quantity and message you enter. Name, email and message are required. Provide only information relevant to the business inquiry. Do not include passwords, identity document numbers or other sensitive information.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand packaging requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on related business discussions. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The website also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and requested paths, to provide the service, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.
Service providers and processing locations
The website is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server in Hong Kong. The server sends inquiries through Google Gmail to our business inbox, where staff handling inquiries review them. Gmail stores these messages. Depending on provider infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country or region. Following a WhatsApp link takes you to a separate service governed by that provider’s privacy information.
Retention
We retain inquiries that do not result in an order, and related correspondence, for no more than 12 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymise them. Order records are retained separately according to applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements. This inquiry period is separate from technical log retention; technical logs are kept for the time needed for service operations, security investigations and applicable requirements.
Browser storage
The website stores your language selection locally in your browser so it can remember your preference. You can clear this through your browser’s site-data settings. The current website code does not integrate advertising trackers or third-party traffic analytics. External services have their own practices.
Your choices
Email w3247448247@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop further contact. We may need to verify your connection to the information. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations; we will explain the outcome of your request. Inquiries are transmitted over HTTPS, and email sending credentials are stored in a restricted server configuration. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our practices or this notice change, and provide additional notice where required.
